The school operates under the guidance of an Elder Board (Zaqenim) responsible for spiritual oversight and covenant integrity.
- Elder Board (Zaqenim): Torah-obedient, Ruach-led men overseeing doctrine and discipline.
- Educational Priests (Moreh): Teachers ordained in Torah instruction (2 Chronicles 17:9; Malachi 2:7).
- Accountability: All curriculum aligns with Torah, Prophets, and validated scrolls (Genesis–Deuteronomy, 1QS, 4QInstruction).
